
Why is it so hard sometimes to keep control? When that one thing triggers you and you have to make yourself not react to it? You mull it over – should you react, should you say something? Since you’ve lived so many years not wanting to upset the apple cart, when is the right time? Is there ever a right time? Should you just let it go or let it out? How do you know? How long do you stew with it, how long do you sit with it? How long do you tell yourself to forgive and forget and just get past it? How long do you ponder if it’s just a trigger for you or if it’s not acceptable in general? Who can you ask? Who can tell you if your chest is going to explode if you hold it in? You weigh all the possibilities, you think about it, you hold it in, you stop breathing for a bit. Is it that important? Does it really matter? How can you live your truth if you don’t address it? Living your truth is important. To you, your health, your psyche, your emotions, your frequency. Is this going to affect your frequency? Will this drop you back down into third density? Will you have to do penance and meditate and visualize until you get back right with the universe? Life’s challenges. Interacting with other humans. Makes you wonder if total isolation is the answer. No irritations, no reactions. Yes, the cliché is it’s not the things that irritate you but the way you respond to what irritates you that dictates your feelings, emotions. Ugh! Feelings. Emotions. They are what run the universe, the reality we all live in. But Ugh! They’re messy. They’re hard. They drive you crazy. Overthinking. Trying not to think. Maybe next incarnation I’ll return as a beautiful crystal. Just lay in the ground until some lucky, feeling, emotional human finds me. Then I can send them good vibrations, good energy. But I won’t have to actually have to decide how to respond to what irritates me. One can only hope for that kind of bliss!
